All bargaining unit members need to participate in picket duty during the duration of the strike. Although the FA is working hard to ensure that a deal is reached before the strike deadline, we need to be prepared for the possibility of a strike.
In order to receive full strike pay ($88 per day for seven days, which is $616 per week), you need to sign up and participate in 20 hours of picket duty.

Alternate picket duty is a rare exception granted to a select few faculty members who are unable to do picket duty for accessibility and/or medical reasons. You are able to request alternate duty on this form.
